Immunomodulatory Therapy

Dry Eye is an inflammatory condition and reducing the inflammation in your tears is an effective, long-lasting way to control your dry eye symptoms. We will perform an inflammatory test at your comprehensive dry eye evaluation and if the results point to a high inflammatory load, we may consider initiating immunomodulatory therapy with Xiidra, Cequa, or Restasis. This can be especially beneficial for those who also have autoimmune conditions.
